A structured six-week live-in substance use treatment program for adults 19 and older. Two Kelowna sites: Gray Road (265 Gray Road, male-identifying) and Ethel Street (1893 Ethel Street, female-identifying). ▸ What it includes: Group therapy, one-on-one counselling, treatment and transition planning, workshops and wellness activities. ▸ Who can go? • Adults 19+ • You must be well enough to take part and not need medical detox • People on Opiate Replacement Therapy are accepted ▸ How to apply: • Self-referrals are not accepted. A substance use treatment team, counsellor, case manager, social worker or other professional must refer you. • Fax Part 1 (Pre-Screening) to 1-236-766-5085.
