Bartley Court Shelter is a temporary shelter operated by Turning Points Collaborative Society in West Kelowna, providing 42 spaces for adults 19+ experiencing homelessness. It is intended as short-term interim housing until a longer-term solution is in place. The facility is open 24/7 for current residents only — new registrations are accepted in person on a first-come, first-served basis between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at 2515 Bartley Court (not the shelter building at 2500 Bartley Court). Services include case planning, referrals, laundry, showers, meal services, and a resource room with books, games, movies, and a bulletin board for jobs and apartment rentals.
