Bartley Court Shelter - West Kelowna

Bartley Court Shelter is a temporary shelter operated by Turning Points Collaborative Society in West Kelowna, providing 42 spaces for adults 19+ experiencing homelessness. It is intended as short-term interim housing until a longer-term solution is in place.
