KCR's Mentorship Program matches newcomers with a mentor. There are two programs. ▸ Employment Mentorship Program: Meet someone already working in your chosen field. Learn about Canadian workplace culture, get better at your job search, and build your professional network. You meet your mentor once a week for two months, in person or online. ▸ Settlement Mentorship Program: Get matched with a mentor who has lived in Canada longer. Practice your English, meet people in Kelowna, and get more involved in Canadian culture through activities you both enjoy.
