Free food hampers from the Central Okanagan Food Bank in West Kelowna. Food is given by appointment only. ▸ First time? Register online as a new client first. For your household, you need: • 1 piece of photo ID for every adult over 18 (front and back) • 1 piece of ID for every child (birth certificate, BC Care Card, passport, etc.) • Proof of a current Kelowna or West Kelowna address (rental agreement, rent receipts, utility bills, etc.) ▸ Distribution hours (by appointment only) • Tuesdays 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Wednesdays 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM • Thursdays 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Fridays 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Tiny Bundles) • Closed BC statutory holidays ▸ Tiny Bundles For new or expectant parents and babies under one.
