A multi-purpose community rental facility in downtown Westbank, operated by the City of West Kelowna since 2017. The building has served the community since 1930. ▸ What's available to rent: • Main Hall — 52' × 48' with vaulted ceiling, 18' × 21' stage, bar, projector and automated screen • Room B — 38' × 26' with movable wall dividers • Room C — 38' × 26' with projector and automated screen • Newly renovated commercial kitchen (2025) — three ovens, grill, dishwasher, full dish and cutlery inventory ▸ Typical uses: weddings, meetings, community events, other special events ▸ Booking requirements: • Minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance • BC Special Event Permit required to serve alcohol • Rates vary by day, time, and rooms — request the rental rates document ▸ How to book: 1.
