The City of West Kelowna's Accessibility & Inclusion Committee (AIC) brings together community members, organizations and city staff. It works to reduce and remove barriers to accessibility and to build a welcoming, inclusive community. ▸ Accessibility Plan: Council approved the plan on May 13, 2025. It has three goals and 16 actions, with funding for accessibility audits and improvement projects. ▸ Share feedback: use the City's Accessibility Feedback Form on the Community Well-being page. The City wants to hear about barriers, ideas or positive feedback.
