Integrated Health Outreach Team (IHOT) - Interior Health
Health outreach team available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Provides episodic primary care, wound care, medication support, mental health care, and connections to substance use treatment and Interior Health services. Includes an Indigenous patient navigator.
