Kids Count Program - KCR

Free home visiting program for first-time parents with children under 5. A family worker visits your home to support you through pregnancy and early parenting — helping with parent-child bonding, healthy child development, and connecting you to community resources. Service can begin in early pregnancy and continue for up to 5 years. 📋 How to access: Referral through a Public Health Nurse, or contact the program directly.
