Activity centre for adults 50+ in Lake Country. Programs include social activities, fitness, an annual Health and Wellness Fair (October), and the Better at Home program for seniors 65+ (non-medical home support including light housekeeping, transportation, friendly visitors, yard work, and snow removal).
